About Driving School Baier

Your driving instructor with comprehensive support

Hello and welcome to my homepage at Baier Driving School. In times of climate change, the question of man-made or not and what each individual can do to keep their ecological footprint as small as possible, the question of driving a car yes or no naturally arises.

I too have been dealing with the issue of environmental protection for years, whether professionally (as a driving instructor, eco-trainer, presenter, etc.) or in my private life. How can I personally take care of the climate, what is sensible and sustainable and what makes no sense at all?

So I also came to the question of all questions: which type of drive is the right one? Internal combustion engines such as gasoline, diesel, gas? Electric motors? Hybrid drive, i.e. a combination of combustion engines and electric motors?
Or the fuel cell drive, which converts hydrogen into energy, producing “only” water vapor?

Countless further education courses and lectures have taught me that it is a question of faith as to which drive I choose as a means of transportation. The key question is how do I obtain the required raw material?
If, for example, diesel and petrol are produced synthetically (which unfortunately is not yet the case, we still use fossil fuels in the majority of cases), an internal combustion engine is also Co2 neutral. However, this process requires a lot of electricity, which is why this must be produced sustainably (wind, water, sun).

Into the future with the Tesla

Due to a personal and professional interest in sustainable topics, I decided in 2020 to expand my range of driving training with a Tesla Model 3 vehicle. Countless training courses, lectures, and readings led me on the path to finding the right type of drive for a means of transportation. Following the motto “try instead of study”, I decided against vehicles with combustion engines and instead opted for electrically powered cars.

You can get to know electric mobility with a driving lesson at Baier Driving School. Get to know the advantages of electric vehicles and how you can integrate them into your everyday life.
